Punta Marina

Punta Marina Terme owes its name to the beneficial presence of its termal baths, which is located between the pine forest and the sea, about 10 km from Ravenna.

After various events of reclamation and military occupation (during World War II the Nazis destroyed many pines to raise barriers), Punta Marina Terme has been progressively consolidated in terms of population and tourist inflows to become in the seventies one of the most popular beaches of Lidi Ravennati.

Today its target audience consists mainly of families and elderly, since here the marine treatment at the termal bath can be combined with the pleasant climate and the tranquility of the town.

A long bike path also connects Punta Marina Terme with Ravenna. It's nice to get to this city with ancient history and breathing the atmosphere that smacks of culture and hidden treasures.
